Events: Men / Women – Singles / Doubles – Open, 4.5, 4.0 & 3.5 – Mixed Doubles – Open, 7.5 Combined.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel or combine events due to insufficient entries (i.e. events may be combined)
All tournament participants must register on-line using the online tournament management system. Since January 2023, Saskatchewan players entering sanctioned tournaments have been required to have an active Tennis Saskatchewan Tournament Membership. Cost of an annual membership is $15.00 per player. New memberships / renewals are available on-line by clicking here.
Entry Limit: 2 events … Players are limited to one singles event … Players entering 2 events may be required to play more than 3 matches per day.
Entry Fees: $40.00 1st event, $20.00 2nd event (no meal provided for this tournament).
Entry Deadline: Friday, June 7 – 11:59 p.m. Late entries may be accepted provided the draw has not been completed. Late entries that are accepted will be subject to a $20.00 late registration fee.
Draw Times Available: Tuesday, June 11 – after 7:00 p.m.
Play Will Begin: Saturday – 8:00 a.m. (All players must be prepared to play on Saturday at 8:00 a.m.).
Draw Sizes: Draws may be limited to 16 players per event (8 doubles teams) (subject to change based on entries, weather, and court availability).

• This tournament is sanctioned by Tennis Saskatchewan.
• All Coaches, Parents, Players, Officials, Spectators, etc. must abide by the restrictions / protocols of the Host Club / Facility.
• All competitors MUST be a Tennis Saskatchewan Tournament member or a member of another recognized Provincial or National Tennis Association.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament more than 7 days before the entry deadline will receive a refund of their entry fees.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament less than 7 days before the entry deadline will receive a refund of 50% of their entry fees.
• Players who withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline will be defaulted from the tournament, will not receive a refund of their entry fees, and will receive one suspension point (with no appeal allowed).
• Main draw matches will be best of three sets with the 3rd set being a 10 point deciding match tie-break. Consolation events will be held, subject to court availability. The Tournament Director reserves the right to revert to an alternate method of scoring for both main draw and consolation draw matches.
• Players are responsible for confirming their own draw times.
• Players must be prepared to play all days of the tournament!
• Matches will be played on a “to-follow basis”.
• The 15-minute default and 5-minute warm-up rules will be enforced.
• Tennis Canada disciplinary procedures will be enforced. The rule book “Rules of the Court” sets out the rules, regulations, and format to be followed in Sanctioned Tournaments. All Sanctioned Tournaments will be carried out according to these regulations.
• Wilson U.S. Open XD tennis balls will be used.
• Proper tennis attire is required during matches.
